Valentyn Panasiuk

Product Designer · Berlin

Seven years in product design: B2B SaaS, CRMs, mobile apps. The last two years I spent building and running my own infrastructure and AI-agent environment, so I now design technical tools as someone who configures, debugs and operates them every day.

arta

dashboard UX · design system

A dashboard that helps an artist run her practice: residencies, grants, portfolio, sold-work records. Designed on dis-system; the design system is wired into the developer agent as a git repo, so what ships is what was designed. Demo data.

dis-system

design system · vanilla CSS

A framework-free design system: tokens, components, light and dark theme, no build step. Rational brutalism: every visual choice has a functional reason, written in each component's metadata.

Multi-VLAN lab

infrastructure

A segmented network on Proxmox: OPNsense for routing, firewall and DHCP/DNS, VyOS for VLAN switching, five VLANs over an 802.1Q trunk, default-deny policy. Troubleshooting cases written up as symptom → root cause → fix → verification.

Wort

product · self-hosted

A German-learning tool I use daily: a terminal translator that grew into a web app with a word list, per-word scores and exercises. Runs on a Raspberry Pi.

BetterMe · Calorie tracker

mobile · +35% engagement

Core feature of a health & fitness app. Research → hypotheses → usability tests → A/B test before rollout. Engagement up 35%, with an effect on retention.

Meal-plan flow and dashboard for the same app, designed in Agile sprints with iOS developers, analysts and product owners.

A web platform with three user roles: writer, client, support agent. One consistent interface per role, a design system, and a support-agent flow that processes requests 25% faster.

Android, iOS, web and desktop. Led a team of three designers; usability testing with ~100 crypto enthusiasts via Telegram; the product launched via ICO.

Sendios · Multi-channel communication platform

B2B SaaS · 4.2 → 7.3 satisfaction

UX audit of the whole product, 16 interviews with B2B clients, redesign of segmentation and campaign creation, and a design system aligned with the developers' components. User satisfaction rose from 4.2 to 7.3 out of 10.
